Meet the Chef

Chef Ken has a passion for creativity and authenticity and loves to bring new flavors and cuisines to those who have not experienced them before. He finds great joy in the exposure of new favorite ingredients to clients and changing their preconceived notions about food. He is guided by his expansive palate as a lifelong foodie, focusing on authentic and intentional experiences.

Training

  • Classically trained in French culinary techniques from the American Academy of Culinary Arts

  • 10+ years of experience in East Asian cuisine and cooking techniques

  • Certified Bronze level Chef from the The Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries of Japan

  • Created countless well-loved lunch specials and banquet items for the Rivers Club - PA’s premier private and social business club.
